Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

General Principle

Our privacy policy is simple: we have a confidentiality agreement with your Association and will not sell or share your personal information (except as required by subpoena, search warrant or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the customer or others).

The Information We Collect

In the future, we may collect information, in aggregate form (statistical and non-specific) for the exclusive use of our customers (in order to compare themselves to other communities); but we will not do so without the explicit approval of your Association.

Our Commitment To Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

It is understood that transmissions over the Internet are never 100% secure or error-free. However, we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, loss, and destruction.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

Note: The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act disallows the collection of information for children under the age of 13 without the express permission of a parent or guardian. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Children%27s_Online_Privacy_Protection_Act.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any changes to the Privacy Policy changes on this page. If the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice to you. We will also keep prior version of this Privacy Policy in an archive for your review.
