The Demo Hills Fitness+ Club warmly welcomes members from the Demo Hills Community Association and our surrounding communities. Our very reasonable $50 joining fee and low membership rates ensure that households of all ages and household sizes are able to enjoy our fantastic lakeside facilities. Membership privileges include Monday through Sunday access to a complete state-of-the-art gym facility, an olympic-sized, heated, indoor pool, a dry sauna room, and introductory instruction on all of our machines by certified personal trainers. Club members also receive 20% off all services at the Spa at Demo Hills.

In the interest of keeping things simple and clear, the Demo Hills Fitness+ Club has three basic monthly membership types. The yearly rate versions of the three memberships include a one month discount for paying a full year ahead of time.
The Individual or one-person membership is available for individuals 15 years of age and older. Membership agreements for individuals under the age of 18 must be signed by a parent or guardian.
The Adult Plus 1 membership is only applicable to people living in the same household at the same address. The Demo Hills Fitness+ Club has the right to confirm Adult Plus 1 membership status.
The Family membership rate is available to adults, dependent children currently claimed on their income tax statements, and any relatives living in the same household at the same address up to a maximum of three adults over the age of 25. An additional monthly fee of $40 will apply for each adult over the age of 25 beyond the first three. The Demo Hills Fitness+ Club has the right to confirm Family membership status.
Seniors 65 and over receive a 40% discount on the monthly and yearly rates as applicable. A legal form of identification such as a current driver's license or state-issued photo identification is required to access the senior discount.
